Hello! Merry Christmas season! I love hearing about the different ways that each of you are serving and being a light to the world. Keep it up!
Great news, Ed was baptized and confirmed this past week!!! Yayayay!! He's definitely one happy guy and has the post baptism glow. His family was able to attend and it was a very special night.
Sister Dorius and Sister Azimi-Tabrizi were able to come down to his baptism and have a sleepover with us at our place that night. We definitely had a good time and ended up in a cookie war. It was good to have company because it's not often that we see other missionaries (being far from others).
This week, Sister Pullins and I did 2 musical numbers! We played "If the Savior Stood beside me" at Ed's baptism and played "What Child is This?" in sacrament meeting. We've done a lot of musical numbers, prayers, speaking, and lessons in our ward which has been so fun. I don't know how our ward isn't tired of hearing from us yet. Haha.
Connor is getting baptized this Saturday!! If you could all keep him in your prayers, that would be awesome! He's 19, in the army, and his parents aren't super supportive of him being baptized. Ultimately it's his choice and he's happy with his decision, but like I said, please keep him in your prayers!
I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas!!! Love you all!!
ReplyDeleteOne of the most amazingly beautiful days of my life. Couldn’t have done it without the 2 best missionaries ever!!! The 2 p’s are awesome!!
