Hello fam!!
This week was a little slow, but it's okay! There are good things coming soon to Mountain View.
On Monday, we played kickball against the Olympia Zone. Last transfer (before I was here), Centralia lost and lost our trophy. I'm happy to report that we won back our trophy! Woohoo!
Yesterday, all of Winlock and Toledo had a big service project called "Walk n knock." Everyone puts together bags of canned food, then all the volunteers go throughout the towns knocking doors and collecting all the food. They then bring it to the elementary school to be sorted and donated to the women's shelter. Sister Pullins and I were able to volunteer sorting the canned food and it was so rewarding! It was so cool to see the towns come together to serve and the happiness that service brings!
I loved what President Uchtdorf said in the Christmas devotional. "It's not how much you have, but how much you LOVE." It can be Christmas everyday because we can partake in heavenly gifts each day!
I love you all!
