Hey everyone! One of the highlights of my week was doing exchanges in Skyline! The whole day we went and surprise visited my recent converts and investigators that I taught back in the spring. I was on cloud nine! There were several instances where they would either open the door and start crying or run and jump on me or just get really excited. It made me so happy! And during knocking, we made the goal to find 6 new investigators during 5-7pm. Almost every person that we came in contact with that night was so ready and prepared to hear the gospel! We ended up finding 8 new people that could be taught! I know that faith always precedes the miracle because before knocking, Sister Jackson turned to me and said "This is about to be a good knocking session. I can feel it!"
Sister Hutchings and I gave a training at Zone conference on Wednesday on recognizing the spirit. Then Sister Vorkink, Sister Call, Sister Lee, and I did a musical number. Sister Hutchings chose the song and we sang/played "I am a Child of God."
On Tuesday, we went on exchanges with the Lacey 1st sisters. I went with Sister Lon from Cambodia and we actually came out together! Unfortunately she's going home really soon because her Visa expires and I'm gonna miss her! But I'm grateful for all that I've learned from her.
