Happy Thanksgiving (: November 26, 2018

Hey fam and friends! I hope you had a great Thanksgiving because I sure did! On that glorious day, the most amazing holiday, we all took a morning nap.... much needed! Then we went to Dutch Bros, then Tumwater Falls, then to the Bishop's house for the big feast! Not only were there mashed potatoes, rolls, stuffing, gravy, and Turkey, but this was Pacific Northwest official...we had shrimp and salmon!! It was the best! Such a good meal!! After that, we went to another member's house where they were having a big family party. This family is amazing and we played lots of fun games. The whole day was just so relaxing and happy (: Yesterday, we all gave talks in the YSA Branch because the Branch Presidency knew that we weren't going to be out of town for the holidays haha. I gave mine on learning and education. I'm so grateful for each of you in being wonderful examples and teaching me the importance of diligently learning with faith! Last Monday, we were at the mall and went to see Santa. Santa was so happy that we were spreading the good word and said that "he's not really supposed to talk about religion, but when it's brought up he jumps both feet in!" So we sat and had a good conversation about the real reason for the season and about the influence that the Savior has had in each of our lives (: So if any of you were wondering, Santa loves Christ as much as we do!
